Pikesville Crime: Shoe Thieves Afoot in Pikesville, Lochearn

The following information was supplied by the Baltimore County Police Department. In cases where a criminal charge is noted, the information provided does not indicate a conviction.

 

Lochearn

Sunmar Court. 100 block. Between 3:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. Dec. 2. An XBox 360, several pairs of shoes, a laptop computer and an iPod were taken from an apartment.

Pikesville

Mollye Road. 8000 block. Between 9:50 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Dec. 3. A 37-inch TV, a digital converter box, an ATM card and $400 were stolen from an apartment.

Shelburne Road. 3100 block. Between 10:30 p.m. Dec. 2 and 7:30 a.m. Dec. 3. A handbag was stolen from a home. Someone could have come in through the rear, sliding-glass door.

Brattle Road. 8200 block. Between 9:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Dec. 2. Three pairs of shoes were stolen and a window was shattered. The burglar may have used yard furniture to reach the window and climb in.

Rockridge Road. 7400 block. Between 11:30-11:40 a.m. Dec. 2. Dresser drawers had been rummaged through, but no property was taken.

Gwynn Oak

Croydon Road. 3600 block. Between 3 p.m. Nov. 29 and 1 p.m. Dec. 3. Copper piping was cut out of the basement of the house.
