Pikesville Crime: Ex-Boyfriend Allegedly Bites Woman's Face

A man allegedly broke into his his ex-girlfriend's home and allegedly bit her face after a quarrelsome night out last week.
Jovan Orlando Horsey, 26, of the 1300 block of Lewis Lane in Havre De Grace, was arrested the night of the July 25 incident and charged with third-degree burglary and second-degree assault.
The woman told police that the assault occurred after the couple had a physical fight at the Windsor Inn Crab House, according to police spokeswoman Elise Armacost.
That business is located at 7207 Windsor Mill Road in Windsor Mill.
At about 3:18 a.m. Horsey allegedly came to his girlfriend's residence in the 3600-block of Eitemiller Road in Milford Mill, according to police.
When he allegedly banged on the door, she told him to leave, and she refused to answer.
However, he allegedly went to the rear of the house, broke in and allegedly "went up to the victim's room, where he bit her face," according to the police statement.
The woman, 26, refused medical treatment.
