Pikesville Crime: Burglar Steals Motorcycle from Open Garage

The following information was supplied by the Baltimore County Police Department. In cases where a criminal charge is noted, the information provided does not indicate a conviction.

 

Pikesville

Gerard Court. 2300 block, between 1:25-1:50 p.m. Aug. 22. Two children, both described as about 8 years old, stole a bicycle from the garage of a home. The garage door was open. The bike was recovered, but the children ran.

Chickory Hill Lane. 4600 block,  between 12:01 a.m. July 12 and 3 p.m. Aug. 21. An orange Stihl chainsaw, and grey Echo pole shears were taken from a shed.

Smith Avenue. 2100 block, between 11:30 p.m. Aug. 19 and 5:30 a.m. Aug. 20. A black, 1996 Yamaha motorcycle, two black motorcycle helmets and a set of keys that were in the ignition were taken from a garage. The motorcycle was found, parked on the road at Highland Hills Drive and Heritage Road.

Randallstown

Old Milford Mill Road. 3600 block, between 8:30-8:45 a.m. Aug. 21. A burglar entered a house through a boarded-up patio door and stole a jewelry box with jewelry inside, and ripped alarm panels from the wall.

Windsor Mill

Rolling Road at Church Lane, between 2:15-2:17 p.m. Aug. 21. A male teen took a cell phone from a 16-year-old girl's hand, then fled.
