WVIE (AM-1370), the sister station of WCBM, reportedly is changing formats today to more of a news talk style, getting rid of its sports.
The Baltimore Sun reported late last week that WVIE is shifting to a "12-hours-a-day, Monday-through-Friday programming from America's Radio News, a news service that is carried on more than 100 stations nationally."
As of Monday morning, there was no change on the station's website.
They still will be with Fox Sports Radio for daily updates and programs at night.

Interesting. On Monday, July 3, I caught a morning talk show from 9am-12pm
