Pikes Diner To Reduce Restaurant Area, Lease Some Space
The business plans renovations in October and to lease the other portion of the building.
The owner of The Pikes Diner plans some changes in the coming month, including renovations, reducing the size of the restaurant, and leasing out part of the space.
In mid-October, the restaurant will close for 10 days for renovations, and then will reopen, said Scott Reich, spokesman for The Pikes.
An advertisement leasing a minimum of 2,400 square feet was posted recently.

Lease space would include part of the first floor near Reisterstown Road, as well as space upstairs, he said.
