UPDATE: Fire Department: Swift-Water Rescues in Pikesville, Brooklandville
As of 10:25 p.m., the Baltimore County Fire Department reportedly was conducting a swift water rescue in the 3500 block of Overbrook Drive in Pikesville, and at about 9:55 p.m., a rescue occurred on Boyce Avenue in Brooklandville.

UPDATE (11:17 p.m.)—No injuries have been reported in swift-water rescues that occurred Tuesday evening—one in Pikesville and one in Brooklandville.
One person was rescued from a car caught in rising water in the 3500-block of Overbrook Avenue, said Capt. C. Ross Cooke, spokesman.

As of 10:25 p.m., "We have our people on scene, going into the water to determine if there are people in the car," said Capt. C. Ross Cooke, spokesman.
Cooke said that rising water caused two rescues, including the one in Park Heights on Overbrook Avenue.
The first was at about 9:55 p.m., when firefighters performed a rescue at Boyce Avenue in Brooklandville, Cooke said.
He did not have a specific block number or intersection immediately available.
A flash flood warning is in effect through 11:30 p.m., according to the National Weather Service.
The rising waters follows a storm that passed through Baltimore County with reports of only minor damage, Cooke said.
