St. Mary's Mediterranean Festival

    • Description:  Events include traditional Middle Eastern, Greek, and Ukranian dancing; as well as carnival games, arts & crafts, ethnic food and more.

    Baltimore County African American Cultural Festival

      • Where:  400 Washington Ave, Towson, Maryland 21204 
      • When:  Saturday, September 15, 2012, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
      • Description:  Celebration of African American culture with dance, music, art, poetry, historical exhibits, children’s activities, a health and wellness village, financial empowerment zone, food, vendors of all types and much more.

      Ailey II

        • Where:  8000 York Road, Stephens Hall Theatre, Towson, Maryland 21252 
        • When:  Saturday, September 15, 2012, 2:00 p.m. show and 7:30 p.m. show.
        • Description:  Ailey II is continuing the tradition of one of the most popular dance companies in the country, combining a rigorous touring schedule with extensive community outreach programs.

        Charm City Music Festival

        Where: Harbor East waterfront, Baltimore

        Description: Weezer, Flogging Molly, Eve 6 and more bands

        • Where:  RA Sushi Bar Restaurant, 1390 Lancaster St., Baltimore , MD , 21231
        • When: Sunday, September 16, 2012, 2:00 p.m.
        • Description:   The Sunday afternoon classes will include a brief history of sushi and a sushi-rolling lesson as well as a non-alchoholic beverage, miso soup, edamame, two maki rolls, two pieces of nigiri, a sushi-rolling mat to take home and a complimentary lunch card to use on a future visit.

        29th Annual  Maryland Wine Festival

          • Description:  29th Annual Maryland Wine Festival attractions include tastings from local vineyards, wine seminars, food from local restaurants, artisans and craft vendors, and lots of live music.
          • Pricing: Adults (21+): $27-$62, Designated drivers: $20, Children (13-20): $20

          Baltimore Farmers' Market and Bazaar

          • Where:   Underneath the Jones Falls Expressway at Holliday & Saratoga streets
          • When:  Every Sunday until December 23, 2012: 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
          • Description:  Vendors selling fresh fruits and vegetables, cooked foods and arts and crafts.
          • Pricing:  Free

          Bel Air Arts Festival

          • Where: Shamrock Park on Lee Way behind the Bel Air Police Department
          • When: Sunday, Sept. 16, 2012 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
          • Description: More than 350 vendors are expected to fill Shamrock Park Sunday, offering crafts, art and food as part of the 47th annual Bel Air Festival for the Arts.
          • Pricing: Free admission.
