Patrick Turner is selling his Greenspring Avenue home.

There's one home for sale in Greenspring Valley that has heads turning.

It's the 6,000-square-foot home of developer Patrick Turner.

On the market for $3.35 million, it was assessed at $1.35 million, according to an article in The Baltimore Business Journal.

Turner is "The visionary behind the Silo Point residential project, and future development of Westport in Southwest Baltimore," the article states.

Silo Point was once a Locust Point grain elevator, according to the Turner Development website.

The listing by Realtor Heidi Krauss sums up the Greenspring Avenue home: "Greenspring locale. Unfettered tranquility. Peerless design. A most habitable sculpture."

It has five bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms, and is on 5.25 wooded acres, according to the listing.
