Crime: Burglars Break into Apartment, Vehicle

Pikesville
Brattle Road. 100 block. Between 1-9 p.m. Sunday. A burglar broke into a vehicle parked at the owner's home and ransacked it. Nothing was stolen.
Milford Mill
Otley Court. Unit block. Between 5-11 p.m. Oct. 7. A burglar stole two televisions from an apartment.
