County Police Search for Woodlawn Man

Police are asking for public's help in trying to find Jamal Lowell Carroll.

The Baltimore County Police have asked the public for some help in their search for a Woodlawn man missing since June 20.

Jamal Lowell Carroll is a 20-year old man who lives in the 1400 block of Ingleside Ave. in Woodlawn. Police said Tuesday that he was last seen around 9 a.m. at his home on June 20.

Carroll was reported missing by a family member June 25 after he hadn't been seen or heard from. He had told someone from his family that he would be going to somewhere in Baltimore City, but it wasn't known where.

County polic said he's a black male, 5-foot-8, 200 pounds with brown eyes, short black hair and a medium complexion.

In addition, he's also got a goatee, a tattoo of wings with a halo with the letters "EC" on his left shoulder. When last seen, he was wearing a black baseball cap, black polo shirt and khaki cargo shorts.
