Armed Robbery at Steve’s Deli Monday Morning
Police believe the masked man and woman may also be responsible for an earlier Pikesville robbery.
Owings Mills eatery Steve’s Deli was robbed at gunpoint early Monday morning, Baltimore County police said.
A man with a shotgun and a woman, both wearing masks, robbed the deli at 6:20 a.m.
“They got money from the register and took the cell phone from one of the employees,” said Lt. Stephen Doarnberger, assistant commander of the Baltimore County Police’s Franklin Precinct. “It’s possible based on witness info that they fled in a silver minivan, but we’re not 100 percent on that.”
This robbery may be connected to an earlier robbery at a 7-Eleven on the 8000 block of Liberty Road in Pikesville. The suspects had similar descriptions, Doarnberger said.
