Armed Robber Stuffs Drawstring Garbage Bag with Newports

The Milford Mill convenience store made famous by selling the winning Mega Millions Lottery ticket this year was held up at gunpoint July 2.

A robber used a shotgun to threaten a 7-Eleven employee into handing over cash and cigarettes.

At 5:05 a.m. July 2, a man pointed a shotgun at the cashier at 8014 Liberty Rd. and demanded cash and "all of the Newport 100s," according to Baltimore County police.

He put the stash—including the 10 packs of smokes—in a white, plastic garbage bag with yellow draw strings, a police report states.
