25 Public Schools To Remain Closed Tuesday

As of Monday evening, 25 public schools are still without power following Friday's thunderstorms.

 

For the second day in a row, 25 Baltimore County public schools will be closed due to power outages caused by Friday's thunderstorms.

The school system closed 42 schools suffering outages on Monday. Since then, the number of affected schools was reduced to 25, according to a Baltimore County Public Schools news release.

Summer classes aren't in session until July 9, but schools are staffed for enrollment and other activities.

The following schools will be closed on Tuesday.
